Plastic Identification

To aid with polymer identification for plastic recycling purposes, many plastic product manufacturers have taken to marking their products with a plastics identification marking system outlined in the table below.

It is not yet a legal requirement to mark plastic products but many manufacturers are now marking their products with a clear symbol to aid recycle. Please see the table below.
